What time is Pick Up & Drop Off?

  • Convenient Pick-up Time: Arrive at 3pm on your designated arrival day to start your rental experience.
  • Efficient Drop-off Time: Depart by 11am on your scheduled departure day. Please note that late returns will incur a charge of $25 per hour, unless pre-arranged.
  • Flexible Options: We strive to accommodate early pick-ups and late drop-offs whenever possible, taking into consideration our other rental commitments. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.

What is your policy for damaged products?

  • Damage Policy: We value transparent and honest communication when it comes to any damages. Our insurance policy covers certain outdoor damages, while any indoor damages will be deducted from your deposit.

Which payment methods do you accept?

  • Convenient Payment Options: We accept credit cards for your ease and convenience. Additionally, we offer a financing option for your vacation through a trusted third party.

What do I need to tow the campers?

  • Camper Towing Requirements: Each camper has a specific tow weight, and we kindly request that you have a minimum 3/4 ton vehicle capable of towing our 30+ foot campers. To ensure a secure connection, you will need a 7-plug hook up with trailer brakes and a Reese hitch for all units. We prioritize safety and highly recommend having significant towing experience. For those who don't meet these requirements, we offer convenient delivery and pickup options for our campers.

Do you have any other rules?

  • Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Evidence of smoking will result in the full deposit being retained.
  • Pet Policy: All pets must be pre-approved with a maximum limit of 2 pets. Failure to obtain approval will result in a $250 cleaning fee deducted from the deposit.
  • Dumping Fee: A dumping fee of $75 is included in the setup and delivery service.
  • Roof Safety: For your safety, please refrain from climbing on the roof.
  • Toilet Guidelines: Please use only the provided toilet paper and refrain from flushing any other materials to maintain proper functionality.

Can I bring my pets?

  • Pet-Friendly Policy: We understand that your pets are beloved members of your family. We welcome pet babies, but kindly request pre-approval for all pets and limit them to 2 per rental.
  • Pet Safety: For the safety and comfort of all guests, please keep your furry friends with you or in a kennel when you are not in the camper.
  • Damage Responsibility: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, any damages incurred will be deducted from your deposit and are not covered under insurance.

How do I prepare the unit for return?

  • Cleaning Fee: Our cleaning fee covers the sanitization and washing of all bed clothes to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay
  • Guest Responsibility: We kindly request that you clean up after yourself and your guests before departure. Please place all towels on the bathroom floor and open the shower liner. Ensure that all dishes and cookware are cleaned and put away. Remember to empty the refrigerator and take out all trash.
  • Leaving in Good Condition: Please leave all areas in the same clean and tidy condition as you found them.
